Dear Aqualina Families,

I hope this email finds you well. It's with great excitement that I welcome you and your family back to Aqualina for Term 1.

As we embark on this new term, I wanted to share some details to help prepare for the busy term ahead:

    • Members are encouraged to wear running shoes/activewear to support participation in dry land activities at the start of each session.
    • Members must wear their Aqualina swim cap during pool sessions and have their own nose clip. Aqualina uniform items, including nose clips can be ordered from myAqualina shop.
  3. Updated Policies
    • Absence Policy: Regular attendance is important for skill development, routine choreography and team cohesion. If unable to attend, please notify me in advance whenever possible via email or text message (0431 961 784).
    • Fees Policy: Our fees policy has recently been reviewed and updated for 2024. There have been slight adjustments to our fees policy to accommodate increased operational costs, however we have kept this increase as minimal as possible to ensure affordability for families, and to enable the team to continue to access high-quality training facilities. Please click here to review the policy for your reference (also available on myAqualina).
  4. Drop-off & Pick-up Procedures
    • For the safety of our members, we kindly ask that parents or guardians drop off and pick up their children promptly before and after each session. Please adhere to the designated drop-off (outside at the front of the Aquatic Centre) at and pick-up (poolside in the Aquatic Centre) points and ensure timely arrival to avoid any inconvenience. Should an emergency or unexpected delay arise, please promptly notify me via the above contact details.
    • Any changes to drop off/pick up arrangements due to events at the pool will be communicated to families via email.
If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Thank you so much.
Kind regards,
